Domain reclaim (transfer)

Reclaim is our transfer track. When a domain matching your trademark is held in bad faith, we file a UDRP complaint for gTLDs, or the local policy for country-code domains, and the panel orders the registrar to transfer the name to you. You own the domain, not just silence it. Filing to decision typically runs 60 to 75 days.

When Reclaim is the right call: an exact-match squat of your trademark; a registrant offering your domain back at an extortionate price; a high-traffic typo variant parked on ads; your mark registered under .uk, .au, .eu, .ca, or .in by a local speculator.

How it runs: we build the three-part case (your mark rights, the registrant's lack of legitimate interest, bad-faith registration and use), file under the right policy — UDRP with WIPO or the Forum for gTLDs; Nominet DRS (.uk), auDRP (.au), .eu ADR, CIRA CDRP (.ca), INDRP (.in) and others for country codes — and manage the response window (roughly 20 days) and the panel decision.

Outcome: the domain is transferred into a registrar account you control. CyberWipe never holds your domains.
