Payment Terms

CyberWipe will not be held liable for any infringements or violations of third-party rights arising from:

• Any actions undertaken to enforce the customer's intellectual property rights through our services.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberWipe, including our directors, officers, employees, from any and all claims or damages arising from our assistance in the takedown of domain names and social media accounts. This indemnity does not extend to actions arising from our negligence or material breach of this agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of CyberWipe’s services will be governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be handled in Romanian courts, and we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues amicably before proceeding to litigation.
